Information on Milford Special Town Election
  

The Special Town Election regarding the Marijuana Ban Ballot Question is Tuesday, September 19th.  Polls will be open from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Precincts 1 & 6 will vote at the Milford Senior Center, 60 North Bow St.

Precincts 2 & 3 will vote at the Italian American Veterans Hall, 4 Hayward Field

Precincts 4, 5, 7 & 8 will vote at the Milford Portuguese Club, 119 Prospect Heights

If you will not be able to make it to your polling location during normal polling hours, you are eligible to vote by absentee.  Please come to our office to apply and vote by absentee before the deadline which is noon on September 18th.  If you require to apply for an absentee that needs to be mailed, please do so as soon as possible before the end of this week to allow for mailing.  The deadline for voted absentees to be returned to the Town Clerk’s Office is before 8:00 p.m. on Election Day, September 19th.

If you are unsure of your voting status, you can call our office at 508 634-2307 or visit https://www.sec.state.ma.us/VoterRegistrationSearch/MyVoterRegStatus.aspx to verify your information. 

If you have not answered your 2017 Annual Town Census, your status as a voter would have been made “Inactive”.

If you are unsure if you are an “Active or Inactive” voter, it is a good idea to carry a form of ID (that includes your voting address) with you to the polls, just in case. Some valid forms would include, a MA Driver’s license, a piece of mail, or a car registration.
